Subject: Charming from top to bottom
In a year of excellent, energetic shows, I'm not surprised this hasn't been reviewed. However, its a great, solid show with a little something extra that's dear to my heart that makes it one of the yar's best.

Ratdog opened up before Phil & Friends and Bobby sits in on China > Rider. There's a great feel to it, it really rips! An early reunion hinting at the great things yet to come :) Sing along! The crowd comes through nicely on this recording.

The whole day was threatening rain and the set is strongly thematic. It was warm, humid and the big, dark clouds swirled dramatically.

From Cold Rain, to Rider's cool colorado rain, to tastes like wine pouring down from the heavens bertha running into a rainstorm, we tasted the wind and the rain in comes a time, before the sky absolutely opened up during the wind and rain of St Stephen and those of us on the lawn poured past security into the safety of the pavilion for a rockin' Revolution.

The Help > Slip > Allah (!) is intricate, patient, deep and powerful. Listen for the Dire Wolf teases before they fall into BFA. Of course, Franklin's is ruckus and rolls away the dew before coasting into -- yes, you guessed it, Box of Rain. This one's a joy, give it a listen on a rainy afternoon and feel the love!
